The community house is located on a hill overlooking the village of Priabona, a village in the commune of Monte di Malo (VI).
It is the mother house of the Community: this is where the Oasis of Peace made its first steps, from 1987 to 1988.
It is no longer inhabited by the internal consecrated brothers and sisters, but nonetheless the Oasis of Priabona remains the house of our historic beginnings and continues to be a gathering place for a significant group of lay people who are attached to the Community: for the aggregated couples from northern Italy, and for two prayer groups, who gather weekly in the chapel of the convent.

OASIS IN THE WORLD
"Remembering that the Oasis of Peace lives in the heart of every consecrated person, we are called to live, always and in all circumstances, in the spirit and style of our life, and to be always and everywhere peacemakers in the world" (RdV 124).
Wherever a member of the CMOP lives or works, there the Community is. Aggregated spouses and consecrated seculars are an integral part of our Ecclesial Family and work, in their respective ecclesial realities, in communion with the local Bishop and the Holy Father. In this way we are present in other regions of Italy, Brazil and other countries scattered throughout the world.
